Recent Settlements

A trial does not result in every case we file in the Courthouse. In fact many times, because of the huge costs and uncertainties associated with a jury trial, many times an employer will settle a case by way of private or court appointed mediation on the eve of trial.

We have recently achieved resolution, including 5 and 6 figure settlements  in the following cases:

• In a case of gender discrimination against an International Corporation;
• In a case of disability discrimination against a Federal Contractor;
• In a case of  unpaid wages against a Domestic Corporation;
• In a case of race and national origin discrimination against a private employer because the employee was a Muslim.
